101 is intended to provide a baseline understanding of the
activities and considerations that are involved in the forecasting
and replenishment of goods and services to customers.
Participants will learn about the various elements
that affect the history, the present and the future outcome
of SKUs forecasted: various
components and fundamentals of forecasting and replenishment,
the environment, the structure and coordination of the retail
organization. Participants
will be exposed to business considerations / challenges and
major industry trends. They will be able to leverage this knowledge
regardless back on the job, through the technology available
to them and in their other daily activities.
