MBTI & Team Building

MBTI can also be used for Team Building. A session designed for team building is very specific to the team itself, focusing on the “team type”, their strengths and areas of concern. What makes this workshop so powerful is that it is a resource for not only understanding current issues but for anticipating, even predicting problems.

Pre-requisite for this class is the Introductory MBTI workshop.The Team Building session is then designed around the team’s confirmed MBTI types.
